Design Exploration
The journey begins with a scheduled appointment with Julianne. This can take place in our private studio or virtually.
Here, we will discuss your ideas, inspirations and gemstones that you would like incorporated into your bespoke design.
We invite you to view our Instagram feed or Shop Gallery of past creations to collate photos of designs that you like. This will help start the journey and give Julianne an initial idea of your style.
During the consultation, we will discuss budget, timelines and the following steps of your bespoke journey.
Reviewing the Details
Once we have settled on your design and gemstone, we will issue you a final quote outlining all of the design details for your confirmation and approval. This will often be accompanied with a sketch drawing or image.
At this stage, we require a 50% deposit on your order before it goes into production with our jewellers.
The length of time to create your design will vary based on the level of complexity. We advise our clients to allow between 6 to 8 weeks for completion.
If you have a specific timeframe in mind, please communicate this with Julianne, we will always do our best to accommodate without compromising on craftsmanship.
Your Special Piece
The most exciting step – your design, having been brought to life and beautifully crafted will be ready for collection.
Presented in a beautiful JLK Artistry box and white ribbon bow, we will be excited to present you with your very special bespoke creation.
